The Evergreen Grove Community is country living at it's finest. This community is made up of several unit options designed specifically for renters with special needs.

Phases 1,2, & 3 of this project will consist of a total of 20 units. Of these 20 units, 2 will be built as short term rentals. All units will be connected by a 5 ft. wide concrete pathway to allow outdoor mobility to those in wheelchairs or electric scooters

Phase I - Opened March 2006

(1) Duplex - each unit consists of 874 sq.ft. plus 234 sq.ft. garage space

(1) Single Unit - 1464 sq.ft. on main floor / 640 sq.ft. on second floor = 2,104 sq. ft. plus 384 sq.ft. garage space

(1) Single Unit - 577 sq.ft. plus (optional) 384 sq.ft. garage space

Phase II - Opened February 2008

(1) Duplex - each unit consists of 924 sq.ft. plus 234 sq.ft. garage space

(1) Deluxe Duplex - each unit consists of approx. 1136 sq.ft.

Phase III - Construction April - October 2011
