Rent is due the 1st of every month. $50.00 late fee if paid after the 10th.
All units are equipped with high efficiency lighting and natural gas furnaces to keep utility costs at a minimum.
Rent includes: sewer, water, garbage pick-up and grounds maintenance.
Rent does not include: gas, electric, phone and satellite provider.
If pet is desired, pet fees must be paid up front at the time of signing the lease. If a pet is brought in mid-lease, fees must be paid immediately in full for the remainder of the lease. If a pet is desired please refer to our pet rule/pet fee policy. $10.00 a month for a cat, $20.00 a month for a dog for the entire term of the lease. No fees for small bird or small fish tank.
Lift Systems
$250/ month up charge on rent for each lift for term of signed lease agreement (per lift)

(440 lbs. max. lift capacity)
- Rail Systems in bathrooms are installed during construction
- Additional rail systems can be installed in either or both bedrooms or in garage if required at no additional charge, if lift systems are required or needed in those areas.
